The service is provided by ИП Nomad JC (Чинозбеков Абдужамол Абдужалолович), IIN 990815301658. The user is the person who registered the account; the Public offer calls them the Customer.

These terms are part of the contract concluded under the Public offer. On registration you tick your consent to these terms and to the offer; consent to the processing of personal data is given with separate ticks in accordance with the Privacy policy.

Price, payment, refunds, liability, termination and the procedure for disputes are set by the offer; where the documents differ on these matters, the offer applies. This page describes the rules for using the service.

The service is intended for business and professional activity. By registering, you confirm that you act on behalf of a business, have legal capacity, are at least 18 years old and are entitled to connect the social media accounts you connect.

Korkem AI creates social media posts using artificial intelligence models, publishes them on schedule to the accounts you have connected after you approve them and, if you have turned this on, replies to incoming messages from your clients following the script you have set.

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email or with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. Report unauthorised access to admin@korkem-ai.com.

You may not give access to third parties.

The services are paid for with credits. The cost of each action is shown in the service before it is started. Credits are deducted when the action is performed. Payment, refunds and their periods are set out in the offer (section 8) and on the "Payment and refunds" page.

The materials you upload remain yours. You grant us the right to use them only to provide the service: to process them, create posts and place them in your accounts.

We claim no rights to the content created for you and do not use it for our own purposes. To the extent it is protected by copyright and the rights to it arise with us, we transfer to you the right to use it in any way, including after you stop using the service. The law does not always recognise copyright in content created by artificial intelligence without your creative contribution, so we do not guarantee that it is protectable or that it bears no similarity to other people's works.

By uploading materials, you confirm that you hold the rights to them and, if people appear in the images, that you have obtained their consent.

You are responsible for the content you publish. The service creates a draft; the decision to publish is yours. AI models can make mistakes: state the wrong price, distort a fact, produce an awkward wording or image. Check the materials before publishing. The Contractor does not guarantee that the content will be accurate, appropriate or lead to sales.

Content created by the service is labelled as created with the use of AI by the means available in the service. Do not remove the labels, and add a visible note where the law or the platform's rules require it.

If you have turned on automatic replies to clients, you must ensure that clients know they are being answered by an artificial intelligence system and have received the required notices about the processing of their data. You can turn automatic replies off at any time and reply yourself.

As the party responsible for the content of advertising, you comply with advertising law, including language requirements, and with consumer protection rules.

• ·Break the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the rules of social networks.
• ·Publish materials inciting hatred, pornography or calls to violence.
• ·Create misleading images and videos of real people without their consent; pass off images created by the service as real photos of a product, events or reviews.
• ·Create fake reviews, recommendations and "customer opinions" in the name of people who do not exist, or deceive consumers.
• ·Pass off content created by the service as materials that require special permits (medical or financial advice) without such permits.
• ·Send spam or use the service to deceive consumers.
• ·Connect accounts you are not entitled to manage.
• ·Try to bypass the service's limits, load it with automated requests, or obtain its source code and prompts.

A breach entitles us to suspend or end access; paid unused credits are refunded under the offer, except in cases of fraud and unlawful use.

Publishing and messaging take place under the rules of the platforms themselves: Telegram, Instagram and Threads (Meta), VK, X, Pinterest and others. By connecting an account, you accept the platform's rules, including the Meta platform terms for Instagram and Threads, and confirm that the account belongs to you or your business.

We use the data and access received from the platforms only to provide the service to you. You can revoke access at any time: disconnect the account in the service or remove the Korkem AI app in the settings of the social network itself.

We are not responsible for the platforms' decisions: blocking your account, limiting reach, changing rules or cutting off API access.

We aim to keep the service running without interruption but do not guarantee it. There may be maintenance breaks and failures at AI model suppliers and social networks. We may change the set of features of the service, giving notice of significant changes.

You can stop using the service at any time by deleting your account in the settings; before deletion the service will show the remaining paid credits and offer to request a refund. We may stop providing the services if you breach these terms, after notifying you, and immediately in case of a serious breach. After the account is deleted, the data are destroyed as described on the "Data deletion" page and in the Privacy policy.

The relationship is governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Claims are sent to admin@korkem-ai.com and are considered within 14 business days; the further procedure for disputes is set by the offer.

We may change these terms by announcing it in the service or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that period means agreement with the new version; if a change worsens your position, you may withdraw from the contract and receive a refund under the offer.
